Discipline doesnt come easy to any of us, especially if there is no obligation like work to get up in the morning.
Break the cycle
As your sleep time shifts more and more towards midnight my advice is to break the cycle.
Try this:
Force yourself to get up early, even if it is already late at night by the time you are reading this. The key is not to sleep throughout day time the next day, even though you might be tired!
Stay awake and get a good nights rest and a new sleep rhythm by sleeping early the following day.
Start anew!
