Contrast showers in the morning can improve the circulation of your body. You can do this by showering your extremities with warm and cold water.
Try using contrast showers
Start with water that is as cold as possible for at least 90 seconds to allow your blood vessels to contract.
Switch to warm/hot water for around 30 seconds to allow your blood vessels to relax.
Repeat contrasting for several times to increase the effects on the blood vessels. Especially for patients with chronic venous insufficiency this might be very beneficial.
However, if you have any underlying condition or disease you should contact your healthcare provider before applying contrast showers.
Start your day with a refreshed smile!
