This simple but powerful mixture can help your cough during the seasonal flu
300g Ginger
5 Lemons
500g Honey
1 Liter of Water
Boil the Water. Add chopped ginger (with peel). Squeeze out the juice of the lemons and set it aside. If the leomons are organic, add the peel aswell. Boil for 20 minutes.
Add lemonjuice and honey.
