All you need is a skipping rope!
Workout in three sets
1 SET
1. Jump with both feet over the rope for 30 seconds
2. Take a 60 second break
3. Repeat 5-10 times
2 SET
1. Jump for 30 seconds alternating feet each time you jump
2. Take a 60 second break
3. Repeat 4 times
3 SET
1. Rope skipping for 60 seconds – 15 sec. break
2. Knee bending for 60 seconds – 15 sec. break
3. Push-ups for 60 seconds – Well done!!
